Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. We do not take active measures to verify the age of visitors. Parents and guardians are advised to be involved in the online activities of their children to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent.

Retention period

disc techcomm does not retain your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Personal data is kept for a maximum of three years after the last use, unless a legal obligation (such as fiscal retention requirements) requires a longer retention period.

disc techcomm shares your personal data with third parties only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processor agreement with third parties who process personal data on behalf of disc techcomm to ensure that your data is equally well protected as by us.

Complaints
